Ted Biser majored in business administration before beginning his computer career with Tandy Corporation in 1977. Ted served Tandy as a Customer Service Representative, Computer Department Manager, Computer Center Manager and Senior Computer Center Manager before leaving in 1985 to accept a position with a Florida-based software company as manager of sales, training and support.
