  On-site installation and training are offered with additional training classes periodically. A well-qualified support staff is available via an 800 incoming telephone line to assist in the operation of the system. Modem support allows this team to access our clients’ systems just as if there is a technician on site. Enhancements and updates are based on the requirements of our clients and changes in industry. With the use of Filepro, a powerful database manager, specialized forms may be created to your specific needs. Information may be accessed and sorted in numerous ways to provide specific information requested. Consulting services are available as your firm continues to grow and utilize all the features of the TMS system.
